The Basic Consulting has the following Steps:
During the Gathering of Requirements, we assess, which efforts are currently needed to support the team in the most budget friendly way possible.
During the Consulting Period the team has flexible access to the needed services with a possibility to order as much ass needed: Always focussing Value & Success.
As soon as support is no longer needed – for instance, when the work can now be done internally – the project ends with a handover that leaves no open ends.
The following Artifacts are handed over upon project completion:
